What exactly is a coregistration lead?
What exactly is a coregistration lead?
Solution
Simply put, coregistration occurs when the prospect signs up for one or more offers simultaneously.
It happens in several different ways. Some people sign up for an offer and then are shown additional related offers on the "thank you" page, or in a series of exit popups after they register for what it is they wanted in the first place. The later pages they are shown in effect say, "well, if you are interested in that, maybe you would like this, too ... check off the boxes next to the additional information you want".
Another common method of co-registration is to attract visitors to a directory that offers them information on their area of interest, but also displays offers in a variety of other categories. In that case, they might see 5, 10 or even 20 offers displayed on a page, and be encouraged to check the boxes next to the text ads that interest them, and then provide their name and email address.
